Customer satisfaction is very important. If for some reason you’re not satisfied with your Natural Indulge Beauty, purchase, be at ease! ...You have 7 days from the time you receive it to request a store credit.

Our collection is freshly hand crafted and hand filled, making our line worth your patience. There's a possibility of minor difference in colour and scent due to seasonality of harvesting our natural ingredients.

REQUESTING A STORE CREDIT IS SIMPLE, HERE’S HOW:
Are you within the 7-day timeframe from when your order was received? If yes, proceed to Step 2. If no, unfortunately, you will not be able to request a store credit.
Was your item on sale or purchased using a discount code? If no, continue to Step 3. If yes, unfortunately, you will not be able to request a store credit.
Email info@[email protected] with your name, order number, the item(s) being returned, and your reason for returning.
Natural Indulge Beauty will respond via email with your return authorization number and instructions on where to send your return. (*please allow up to 72 hours for a return authorization email).
Once you get your return authorization email, head to your shipping carrier and send the item(s) back to us. You will need to purchase a shipping label. Natural Indulge Beauty is not responsible for return shipping cost.
Once your item(s) has been received, we will email you your store credit redemption info within 4-7 business days.

Policy Statement:
Natural Indulge Beauty will not process a credit for requests submitted after 7 days from receiving your order.
SALE ITEMS: All items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL SALES. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any items purchased during a sale.
You can use your store credit on anything at naturalindulgebeauty.com, and it NEVER expires.
All shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend you track your returned packages and/or buy insurance. We are not responsible for returned items that get lost in the mail
Your return authorization number is only valid for 7 days. Any returns received after 7 days will not be accepted.
Natural Indulge Beauty will ONLY ISSUE STORE CREDIT. No exchange or refunds. No exceptions.

WAS YOUR ORDER SENT BACK TO US BY THE SHIPPING COURIER?
In the event your package is refused by you at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
